I worked with Joe Prieksat as my attorney when I reached out after 1 year of fighting the insurance company without any movement or results. Once my medical bills were to a finalized point Joe stepped in and fought for me. He truly took on the insurance company with my best interests in mind and fought for the best outcome possible. The insurance company that owed me tried to offer a ridiculously low amount, so Joe without hesitation filed a suit to get things moving and the proper attention to my case from the insurance company. I am happy to report all is resolved (finally) two years after my initial accident and only about 6 months from when Joe was able to start fighting on my behalf. Such a relief to have support fighting the large insurance company who did not care at all about me or my injuries. I would highly recommend McDivitt and Joe Prieksat.
