I was in an accident on I-25, and started searching around for lawyers to cover me. The accident sent me to the hospital and caused me to miss a week of work. Like most people I cannot afford to miss work. McDivitt took great care of me and always had an answer for me whenever I called or emailed them. The staff was very friendly and informative and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I highly recommend this law firm for injury cases here in Colorado Springs.

My personal injury case went exactly as initially expected after the consultation with Carl, no surprises, and the firm followed through with everything they said they would. Communication was adequate and timely when there was any new information, and Carl handled dealing with workers compensation very well.
