This firm never keeps you up to date with what's going on and rarely returns your calls. We have been given 3 or 4 different expectations on what is happening with the case and what we will end up with, which none, proved to be the case. Tell you something one day then the next time it's totally different. We know these things take time but we're on 2 and a half years and found out not too long ago that most of the settlement is going into a msa account, (first time it was ever mentioned) which means it's only there for further medical expenses of the injury and even if we never use need to use it,, we will never have access to it. so all this time for practically nothing. We or they also have changed attorneys on us at least 3 times and every time they didn't even know what the claim was really about till we told them. They are very impersonal and that's something that is needed when a personal injury and all the emotional changes that go with it occurs. .we are very disappointed in this Law firm and would not recommend to anyone
