This firm listens to you and evaluate the pros and cons of you case. Once they have all the necessary facts and your goals they state what are your chances of success. They will not sugar coat the possible outcomes. At the same time, even though time is money, they will take the time to listen. This is very important and a indication of a true great company. If I need them I will not hesitate to consult them in the future.

The experience was very helpful, they took care of everything so I didn’t have to do much myself other than get better. Ali would call and text me to check in and update me and Brandi always answered my messages on the portal quickly. They made getting better easier, because I didn’t have to worry about the legal side of what was happening. Thank you guys so much for getting me through this and making sure I came out on top.

I've never used this law firm. That said, during the longest government shutdown in US history, they gave out $40 Kroger gift cards to all affected federal employees. I happened to be one of them. I am very thankful that they are thinking about our community, and I think this simple act says a lot about them in general.

Let me begin by saying that Alle and Stephen did a great job on my case. They got me ready to answer questions that might arise. In trial both Stephen and Alle did a superb job of presenting the evidence to the jury. I wasn’t expecting very much ,however received a very nice check. I appreciate everything Mcdivvit has done for me and would recommend Mcdivvit to friends and family .

Working with Mark and Janiece at this law firm was a good experience because they were always available to talk with me when necessary. I had never been through a car accident before and having a knowledgeable team that was ready to stick up for me more so than I was capable of doing for myself was an invaluable resource. Most of all, they helped me get a medical team together that encouraged my recovery in a fast way that was as easy as possible during these times.
