The suit alleges manufacturers of firefighting foam knew the dangers posed by chemical ingredients and failed to warn officials at Peterson Air Force Base. The foam was used for years in training exercises at the base..The case names 3M, National Foam, and The Ansul Company as defendants, and among other things, points to an internal 3M program reviewing personnel handling of the chemicals dating back to the 1980s. This is a very sad situation. We have not heard any new good news. In the end the lawyers will make the big $$$, but this is about the principle. We as Americans must stand up, speak up and stop all these chemicals these corporations are able to use in the US,. Now it is a waiting game. A hidden epidemic is poisoning us in America. The toxins are in the air we breathe and the water we drink, in the walls of our homes and the furniture within them. We can’t escape it in our cars. And there’s a reason why you’ve never read about it in the newspaper or seen a report on the nightly news: It has no name — and no antidote. Why?
