My team that I worked with was great they always keep me updated I was never in the dark about anything they was on it so the whole thing went faster then I expected and they got more then what I was looking for thank you so much for all your hard work.

I cannot stress this enough: if you have been in an accident, get a lawyer. I had no idea what I was in for when I got rear ended and my car totalled. I did not know that your health insurance will come to you for the money they put out on your injuries. This can get very pricey if you have xrays/MRI/physical therapy /surgery etc. And you don't know what it will cost as the insurance company pressures you to settle. I worked with Marilyn as my case worker. She was amazing. My case took over a year to settle and she was so understanding and helpful. She kept in constant contact with me and fully explained every step of the process. I can't thank her enough. My lawyer, Tony Tracy, was exactly who you would want on your case. I was confident he was working hard on my case and he always kept me updated on any progress. I was grateful to have someone as knowledgeable as Tony working for me and he ended up getting me a very generous settlement. I am very happy I made the call and would urge anyone who has been hurt to call McDivitt.

In the last two years that I McDivitt has represented me, I have definitely learned one thing, and that is that you have to have patience when it comes to any case.
