After being rear ended in a car accident and reinjuring my neck we chose to come to McDivitt Law Firm. The lawyers that represented my case were great. They kept me informed on what was going on both on the worker’s comp case and the personal injury case. They were quick to explain laws and how the system worked. They fought for the maximum amount possible to help me in the future. They were always respectful and patient. It is nice to have some one on your side that will work hard to serve you and be at your side. They have open access so you can get information concerning your claim any time. They never mind receiving phone calls and the case managers were always willing to help. Hopefully we will never need another lawyer but we would recommend McDivitt to anyone who needs help with the legal aspect of an car accident and injury.

I was very pleased when I picked McDivitt as my law firm when I was hit by a car and it became more then I felt I could handle, I was given to Brandi as my case worker and from the beginning she was always there when I called or text. She got back with me in a very short period and always had an answer for me. She was so helpful and I felt like I was not alone going through this very scary problem. Mark when I meet him seemed very knowledgeable and very helpful as well. He also was very quick to call me back and always had an answer to my legal questions.
