McKinney and Associates have helped me and my family so much! I would have been lost without them. They are extremely professional and communicative. They were able to explain everything I had questions about and helped me protect my rights as a father and made the whole process simple and quick.

Worse experience ever causing me to throw in the towel with my custody hearing. Lawyer promised me in the very beginning that it would be no more than $3500 to complete my entire case including going to court a few times. I did nothing but paralegal work and never even showed up to court once. Me and my ex did our parenting plan together without my lawyer in complete 100% agreement. The one phone call with the court system she had she didn’t even show up till 15 minutes late. The clerks exact words was “I have no idea how to proceed we’ve never had this happen before” My ex’s lawyer did all of the filing as well. They even would call me to pretend to be concerned before we had papers ever even filed to tell me they where so very concerned with my high-risk pregnancy since I was in the hospital. They were charge me for every phone call and email they would make. They nickel and dimed me every single month knowing they weren’t even doing anything. By the time the court papers were actually filed they had burned through over half of my deposit. After I talk to them numerous times and ask them to make the bleeding of my accounts stop begging them and sitting with them to stop overcharging me they promised me that it wouldn’t cost any more money as long as me and my ex didn’t have any problems which we didn’t. They still charge me another $500 for a total of four emails. Stay clear and find a decent lawyer you actually want to win your case and not spend $20,000. I unfortunately don’t have what I had done by a paralegal done for $350. I paid 4000. Fully intend on going to the bar and the Better Business Bureau!

I was referred by a Chiropractor to see one of thier Personal Injury Lawyer. Had meeting with her for less than hour and few phone call then I brought few papers. I fired her because she can't help me for my own needs. After 1 year I received a bill that I owed her over 4,000 for not doing anything. I called a few times to talk to Attorney Mckinney but the front desk lady was very rude and wanted to know how much was my settlement. I am asking for a Reduction for the jobless, effortless but they are not going to give me a Reduction. I would say this is very poor service unfriendly staff and would not recommend anybody to this Law Firm.

Austin Jackson is amazing. Well spoken, points you in the right direction and is always there to answer your questions. The man works hard and I appreciate him.

Save your money, your better off representing yourself! Run!

Thank you for everything you and your staff did for me. I was kept informed during the entire process. I had no idea that the states minimum limit for under insured and uninsured insurance wasn't enough to cover all expenses until this hit and run. My main goal was to make sure all medical bills and attorney fees were covered by my insurance company. I wasn't looking for or excepting to get anything in return do to the limited funds. To my surprise I did. You all are amazing. Thank you again.

Never had a lawyer experience before, but they seem reasonably priced. Very friendly and prompt to explain processes!

***WARNING: AVOID THIS “FIRM”*** In my opinion, they are worse than crooks. They were paid $3500 upfront and I had absolutely nothing to show for it. They were virtually impossible to get on the phone when I called and rarely returned phone calls when I left a message. On top of doing virtually nothing after taking $3500 from me, they then mysteriously claimed I owed them an additional $4000+!!!! I thought it was a joke - it was truly laughable because they never even earned the first $3500. When I refused to pay these crooks, they actually SUED ME in court. I hired and paid $3,500 for them to do a job which they failed miserably at and then to rub salt in that wound, all of the sudden they mysteriously claimed I owed them AN ADDITIONAL $4,000+ and then to kick me in the wound they just poured salt in, they sued me! They don’t even deserve the one-star rating I gave but there is no lower option. ***AVOID THIS “FIRM” AT ALL COST***

As a Air Force veteran who fought for his country I URGE you if you are a veteran or civilian don’t waste your time. I finally got my daughter mostly thanks to the judge with no real help from these guys at all. You are definitely better off not paying 15-16k for nothing. Brothers and arms and civilians stay far away from this unprofessional firm.Call to make a payment they will always be there after your charged unfairly. Call to speak to anybody you definitely want get them on the phone. Kris’s people skills are complete trash. You won’t here from anyone here about getting your case actually handled but when they send you a bill you will get all the conversation you need. Trust me when I say that any 5 star reviews are from lawyers that work here to boost the rating. The real people are the ones who left one star.
