I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had. There was a clear miscommunication regarding my appointment, which was not scheduled with Kevin as requested, resulting in a significant waste of time.
Additionally, the behavior I encountered was both rude and discriminatory. After requesting to reschedule the appointment, I received a call informing me that my appointment was being canceled and that I would no longer be considered a client.
This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.

Team was very attentive to our needs. The only reason they are getting a 4 is because we had to go back and fix something we thought was already done. Would still highly recommend them for all your estate planning needs.

Matthew and Mia are so professional, Matthew helped us get our affairs in order and made sense of it all. Matthew and Mia were there for me anytime I had a question.
