My wife and I worked with Matt Collette on our Last Will and Testaments, as well as our Trust. Putting these things together is not fun, and our biggest challenge was simply motivating ourselves to go through with it. Once we got to the office, however, Matt and Mia (front desk) were wonderful to work with. I could probably be nominated for worst customer ever given the missed appointments and reschedules, but Mia always stayed friendly, courteous, and professional despite it all. She worked with us to find a good time until we got there. There were no threats of extra fees for cancellations, no passive aggressive comments (and we deserved a couple for waffling so much); she should win an award for good customer service. And Matt was great, always taking the time to answer questions and never making us feel rushed despite the limited time we had before his next appointment. Would recommend, period full stop.

Kevin, (and his crew), was phenomenal. After looking around at others, and deciding we were just going to do it on our own, we met with Kevin to discuss estate plans. He was the best by far. Answered all our questions, was very personable, and really made us feel welcome and empowered. Highly recommend him for estate planning.

Highly recommend this office, especially after experiencing another law office. In Kevin's office we got to speak to the lawyer directly, not a paralegal. We were never insulted or demeaned in any way. Our mamy questions were all answered politely as we all composed and later read the document together, line by line. (The other office paralegal complained that we didn't have our questions written down first after reading it on our own without any guidance. There were too many!) Kevin very clearly explained what needed explaining. He was learned and able to anticipate common questions and changed what needed changing mostly "live" in front of us on the computer. Thus he was efficient, and we felt far less stress. More than that, he was quick witted and fun! He was everything the other attorney office in town was not. So save yourself time and frustration go here first.
