Alex Ontkos is outstanding in every case he works! He's very detailed oriented and always available for questions. Honestly, he's just the very best paralegal you could have working on your case!

Do NOT go here! Rude and condescending paralegal. Lawyers giving bad advice., repeatedly. Lawyers not doing the job they’re hired for. Lawyers not showing up on time for court. Overcharging and charging for services not rendered. A total waste of my time and money. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Mikayla picked up the pieces left by my previous lawyer and did a phenomenal job despite those circumstances. She was exceptional in court and was always available to me when I needed her. She did an incredible job throughout my entire divorce proceeding and thanks to her I was able to obtain the results I was wanting.

Mikayla was expensive and did not fight for me. I would provide evidence and documentation that was never used. I got more representing myself than I did with retaining her. If you want someone who does the paperwork and the bare minimum then go ahead and spend the money. If you want someone to win for you I would recommend retaining someone else's services.

Just out for money - very high retainer fees for small estate probate - 10% fees on this case

Burnham Law is a fantastic firm. They are always on top of getting things done for you and taking care of you from start to finish. It’s definitely a team effort there and it starts with their attorneys. Kaliegh Fields, has represented me in an ongoing family court case for the last 2 years. She’s hard working, caring, and will fight for your family’s interests. I’ve been through it all with Kaliegh. I can personally say she knows her stuff and has helped me through a lot of crazy situations( Emergency Motions to restrict, Child Support, Motion to Modify parenting time to name a few) . She will always put you in the best position to succeed and educate you on what to expect. She’s also “very good” when it comes to child support issues, making sure things are as the laws are written and representing your interests in those cases. We had an uphill fight from a previous attorneys misguidance of my case, but she turned things around and got things rolling in the right direction. Of course, I can’t forget Kaliegh’s paralegal Kristin Thee. She’s fantastic to work with and if there’s anything you need with your case, she’ll get it taken care of in a timely manner. So, if you’re looking for a great duo that’s going to fight for your family’s interests, look no farther then Kaliegh and Kristin. Thank you for everything!

I worked directly with Cindy and Kristin and they had my back since the very first day in regards to my extremely difficult divorce. Cindy and Kristin were both very kind, very understanding and very upfront with what to expect throughout the entire process. Cindy is very supportive and straight-to-the-point and has no problem speaking up for her client which was huge to me, especially since my case involved domestic violence with my ex husband. I have retained Burnham Law on two separate occasions now and have worked with Kayla Wingard both times. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience which is why I requested to specifically have Kayla represent me the second time. Kayla is amazing, you can tell she genuinely cares about your case and she is very responsive to emails. I really appreciated the regular communication with her instead of a paralegal (they were great too though). She is extremely knowledgeable and knew what she was doing while always making sure I understood the next steps. Hopefully I won’t need her services again in the future, but there is nobody else I would work with if I need a lawyer.
