I was pleased with the professional services I got and I wouldr recommend their law firm to family and friends.they did an outstanding job with negotiating what they thought I was entitled to. Justice... No incompetence in their passion! Takes them SOOOOO SOOOOO LONG! They don’t explain the process! Everyone tells you something different! They keep handing the file off to different people and then I have to explain the whole thing over! Wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE!!

Hired this firm a couple of years ago on a hit and run, so they were dealing with my insurance carrier. Never again

They were very quick to respond but don't bother with property damage, only the large paydays of personal injury.

Liz Lounsberry, the attorney eventually assigned to my case, was unprepared, failed to communicate what she needed from my doctor to me so I could follow up, and headed into court unprepared. Her opening statement was incorrect. I was incredibly disappointed by the poor service I received from this so-called attorney. I will be hiring a real attorney now.

Stay away from this law firm. They had my address wrong for months until I finally asked what address they were sending the paper work to. There are hidden fees that they won’t tell you about. They don’t even know the law. They said that they would go after a property management for an injury only to be told after a year of working on my case that they can’t because of a law that Colorado has. It would of been nice to know about this before wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and look up Glassdoor reviews on this company. They have a 2.4 star rating from their own employees. I regret even considering them.

Alan was honest, upfront, and extremely knowledgeable. We didn’t even have to contribute a cent and he advised us on how to move out of our apartment after a fall. He doesn’t fight fire with fire - he fights fire with water. He knows how to use others’ aggression and attitude to the rightful individuals advantage. Alan is a good person and we will revisit him if necessary in the future.

I was a passenger in an accident in Dec, and signed an an agreement they would take care of me till today I have received not even a call , just tried calling them and was hung up on .What about my rights?

Consulted with Bachus & Schanker, LLC - Colorado Springs, CO, when I had a product liability case. A case involving a defective trailer hitch part that failed resulting in a major accident that destroyed my truck and my trailer - a minimum of $50,000 lost. But because there were no personal injuries, the firm was not interested. This is exactly the kind of grossly unethical behavior that causes the rest of us to seriously question the ethics of attorneys who practice personal injury cases. I cannot warn people stronger to avoid this firm.

Bankus and Shanker did a fine job handling my settlement and kept me notified along the entire process. I was satisfied with their findings and the way they took care of each and every detail. I would refer them to anyone that needed legal assistance. :)

Hello, I am writing today to express my deep gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the empathy, patience and overall kindness expressed to me by Dustin and Lauren. I reached out to Bachus & Schanker because my 24yo daughter was killed in an automobile accident involving a fire truck in Wellington, CO this past February. I was dealing with the most heart wrenching, excruciating nightmare of my life - the sudden death of my only daughter Darienne Novack. During this time both Dustin and Lauren were patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the process of investigations and possible legal action as we worked through whether or not there would be a case for wrongful death. There was an open line of communication at all times and all my questions were answered in a timely manner - even when I went a little nuts trying to send all the bits and pieces of the State investigation to them in email after email, their professionalism and humanity never wavered. I truly believe that my daughters accident was thoroughly investigated and all possible scenarios were explored by the Bachus & Schanker team and when it was determined that there was not a case, due to a state statute on the books regarding first responders, I actually received a phone call and not an impersonal email to tell me the news. I will never go through them again! i waited 4 years for my money harrdly recieved anything and didnt hear from anyone the first 6 months! Its very hard to get in contact with the case managers or lawyers! I am so unhappy with their services! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and by the way my case should have been taking care of years ago it was a straight forward case were the person hit us and was ticketed for the accident!
