I appreciate the interest the team has on my case, at time I felt down, the para legal agent was always positive and good in finding words to keep me going, she did make sure I attend my appointment and give me enough time to complete applications needed for the follow up of my case. She frequently kept me updated of any progress or issues involved. She talk to me down to earth. I was their client but when she call me she aked about my families members, that personal interest on me make me feel like a person/human being not just like their client. The lawyer has a listening ear for me and gave advises when needed. I would recommend them to anybody in need of accident. Thanks again for the experience. Sincerely Rachel

I was involved in a drunk driving accident and this was the first time I have hired a lawyer. I was happy with the settlement. The process takes awhile. It took about 1.5 years from start to the end. The staff at Bachus and Schanker were always polite and professional. Kelly C. was responsive to my emails and questions. Meetings were on time and well organized. Just have to have patience with the process.

Everyone at Bachus and Schanker were wonderful. I was treated with respect and everyone did everything to get me the money that was owed to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help after an accident that was not your fault.

I worked with Sara Green and she did a great job handling my case. She took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and what the process looked like. If I had any questions she and her paralegal Robyn were always available to help. Sara didn't waste anytime getting documents submitted and followed up to make sure deadlines were met. While you never want to find yourself needing a lawyer, when you do, I wouldn't think twice about calling Sara and her colleges at Bachus and Schanker.

My experience with Bachus & Schanker was excellent from start to finish. This was my first time using a lawyer and I was unaware of the numerous loopholes presented when dealing with insurance companies. My lawyer explained every nook and cranny of the process to me, and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend Bachus & Shchanker.

Used them for disability. The assistant assigned to me, Alisha Smith, could not get all of my medical records from my PCP and required me to do this and fax hundreds of pages of them to her. She never got them to the administrative law judge hearing my case, and therefore my case was found unfavorable because she did not have all of my disabilities before her. She even reprimanded my attorney and the firm, at my hearing, for doing this on my case and many other cases, and said she was not going to take any of them into consideration. Then when I received my decision I never heard from them as to what would happen next. I had to call for a month before I was finally told that they "do not handle appeals on a federal level", and referred me to other attorneys who informed me it was not an appeal at federal level it was just an appeal with the disability board. And they would not take me case. When I hire an attorney it is not my job to get my medical records, that is the reason I hired them. Now I have to re-apply. Very disappointed with them. This has cost my time, and money for nothing. I would not recommend hiring them for any disability claims.

I was in an automobile accident and was unsure of how to handle it. I called Bachus and Schanker explained my issues. They took over from there, if I had questions they quickly responded to me. If you are looking for a great attorney look no further. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had a wonderful overall experience with Bachus & Schanker. The initial experience was great, all of the people who I spoke with were friendly, professional, easy to get a hold of, and always willing to answer questions. They were in constant contact with me and the process moved along fairly quickly as well! I ended up with a very nice settlement for my case and all interaction with anyone at Bachus & Schanker was positive. I did have a small problem though, at one point I believe the person who was handling my case must left the company and did not pass off my information to anybody because I stopped receiving updates and when I tried to email her I got an automatic reply with a "email not in use," or something, message. I called to find out what was going on and was sent over to another person who took on my case and immediately started moving things forward. Sean Watkins took on my case and got me a much higher settlement than we had originally anticipated. The quick resolution and high settlement easily overshadowed the small issue I had which is why I easily would give this company 5 stars and recommend to anyone else involved in an auto accident.

Most people don't anticipate being in a situation that needs legal help but things happen and you do need help. I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I found Sara. She is an attorney with Bachus & Schanker, LLC. She was smart and caring. She made sure that I understood what was happening at each step. I never felt left out or slighted. She answered my questions without hesitation. I could not have gotten through this without her! Bachus & Schanker, LLC made a great choice when they hired her and no, I didn't know her before this. I never want to be in another situation that needs an attorney but if I ever need one again I would return to Sara and Bachus & Schanker, LLC. Thanks Sara!!!

Worst firm we ever utilized. Did not keep lines of communication open, delayed our proceedings, and have zero decency. Seriously degrading and condescending attitudes. They only seem to want to make money. Zero concern for their clients. Avoid at all costs!

Darrin Schanker and Kimberly Smith,along with many others behind the scenes worked very hard on my cases. I was always informed on what steps were next. They were very personable and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully I don’t need to but I would use them again.

Very quick to reply to me, quick to get my case started. And it was a great experience.
