Love this firm, great company. Committed to their cause. Highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been working with this firm since November 2016 for a motor vehicle accident. I do understand that settlements with insurance companies is unfortunately a lengthy process but the lack of communication between Bachus and Schanker and myself is unacceptable. I have now worked with 4 different people on my case and the communication seems to get worse and worse with every transition. Between not be able to reach anyone on the phone, not getting calls or even an email in response is ridiculous. I will never work with this firm again and wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone who wants communication throughout their settlement process. Names to mention that have given me this unpleasant experience are: Sara Garcia, Lexus Vann, Jennifer O’Connell, John Duguay, and Cale Kennamer, and Deverick Wilder. All of these 5 star reviews must be an incentive for their clients, there is no way this joke of a business could create reviews like that on their own.

Never choose this attorney! They have terrible attitude! They wasted my time for 3 months after my accident and then their head attorney called me and said that we have to withdraw from this case! They never answer your calls. They never respond back your emails. So if you are going with this attorney, just expect to waste your timing. I would never recommend this attorney to anybody!

Bachus and Schanker sent someone out to our house when we were hit by a drunk driver because we were too injuried to seek help and leave the house. We didn't know what Dr to go to and they set us up with a Dr and rehabilitation clinic. They went to bat for us and handle our case.

Excellent firm to work with. They actually care about their clients and go the extra mile to fight for them. They also take the time to explain the process and answer your questions in a way you can understand putting your mind at ease in a time that your stressed and confused.

The whole team and the experience working with Bachus and Shanker was pleasant and efficient. They worked with my schedule and even came to my work to take my statement and information. I was kept informed at every step of the process. I hope I never have to use them again but would in a heartbeat if the situation occurred.
