From someone who has never had to do this before, I thought the folks at Bachus & Schanker, were beyond helpful. Even if they can't help my case. I appreciate the time and care they showed me. Thanks Denise for being so courteous and helpful!

There should be an option for zero stars. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They will not return phone calls or emails and so far in my Disability case they have done little to nothing. Tried to hire another firm and fire this one and they refused to waive their rights to the fee, so my new firm would not take my case... and in the meantime they were suppose to withdraw from my case and never let Social Security know they withdrew. Their Disability lawyer quit and instead if passing their cases onto another lawyer in a timely manner, they left us all out to dry. I went to turn in evidence for my hearing and told the SSA I was having lawyer issues, they asked with what lawyer, told them B&S and they laughed. This firm even has a bad rep for being completely unprofessional, rude, and will not keep communication open. Now I have to file for an extension for my hearing so I can try to get proper representation. If these guys screwed you over, like they did me, be sure to file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney Regulation Council. They need to learn ethics and what they can and can't do. Horrible firm, steer clear!!

I was very pleased with how personable this law firm was with me and my case, the case workers, attorneys, and general personnel were very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

We were hit by an out of state driver in the middle of winter while I was 7 months pregnant. We were left with thousands of dollars of unpaid medical bills from the day of the accident because the other driver's Insurance refuse to pay or even disclose their policy limits. The team that worked on our case (including the wonderful Brian Petroff) made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The people were courteous and very helpful.They showed real concern about my problems and took the time to explain what was going on with my case. They also were helpful in getting me through the mirade piles of paperwork and easing the stress of trying to understand what was going on. I would recommend them to anybody who needed a good lawyer.
