they heavily advertise FREE CONSULTATION and proceed to ask for all the details about why you need an employment law attorney on their website with a promise for a call back the same day or next if form submitted after hours. Well do not waste your time because nobody will call you back. If it isn't a clear cut case where the other party is clearly at fault, you will not hear from anyone. It's been well over three weeks for me and I never even received a courtesy call saying "sorry can't help ya." At the end of the day some answer goes much further than when a business place leaves you on read. Typical way of how attorneys deal with clients; these guys aren't any different than the rest.

I searched for elder abuse by realtors on the Internet Backus and Schenker was the first law firm that showed up. I entered my information and the details of what was going on. I received a call within the 15 minutes that they stated. They do not take cases on elder abuse or real estate cases theirs is personal Injury. So before you write a huge novel about your case, make sure you were injured.

There is no real care for their clients. They try to get the easy money and move on. Seems like they have a relationship with insurance companies and know what to agree upon to get cases closed out quick, not necessarily what they could get with a little effort. As with other reviews there is a lot of turnover and you will likely not be working with the same resolution lawyer you started with. This causes unnecessary delays in a resolution and getting the case closed out. Communication is horrible. You can email several times and not get a response. If you call the office they are never available and the receptionist doesn't have the direct line to any of them so you have to leave a message with the receptionist. And once you sign the settlement agreement you get put on the back burner. Good luck getting your settlement check in any reasonable amount of time after signing the settlement agreement. Hopefully, I will never need a lawyer again, but I would not do business with this firm again.

I was in a horrible car accident causing me to suffer from a TBI and the lawyers at Bachus & Schanker have been great to work with! Chase Allen handled the majority case and I can not sing his praises enough! He has walked me through every process, called and texted me with updates, and communicated in a way that I understand.
