Alan was great

This is the most unprofessional Law firm I have ever worked with. Just absolutely insane. I been in a class action lawsuit with this Law firm for about 5 to 6 years and they was supposedly been representing me in the my hair loss cass against the maker of the dug taxotere. Which is a chemotherapy drug that caused me permanent hair loss. This law Firm has lead me on for over 5 to 6 years. I learn today that they didn't know where my case was going. They settled the cases for the ones that took the real version of this drug with the company Sanofi that makes the real version of this drug. But that who I was told my lawsuit was against. But not the cases for the ones that took the generic version. But when I hired this attorney to take my case I was told it that the same company made the generic version as well and it was just one big law suit and was not informed that there were multiple companies that make this drug and it would be a separate lawsuit. I was all ways told that the lawsuit was against Sanofi the drug maker of taxotere. So today I was told that they had no information for me and didn't know what was going on with my case. I felt so dumb founded to learn I've been lied too and mislead for so long. So basically they told me today that they don't know if I even have a case because the company that they settled with didn't make the taxotere generic brand I took. I was truly lost for words and just simply didn't understand why would this law firm lead me on for so long when I could have gotten better representation that could have handled my case and the guy that has been handling my case have lied too me for so long telling me that they were looking for the case to settle by the end of the year. Not telling me that this lawsuit was against multiple companies that made the generic brand of this drug. When I tell you this guy Brat Baker has lied to me so much. When I talk to him back in May he told me he had good new and they were in negotiations. But the court picked so many people to settle their cases but never never told me that it was a different drug maker that made the taxotere I took again and mislead and lied to me for so long for so long and when I talk to him today I caught him in so many lies couldn't even answer the question I was asking because I was calling him out on his bullshit and told me he had to get the answer to my question and call me back. You think I heard back from him today..No, but this is not the end and I truly want answers and I won't stop until I get them

After I was hit on the Hwy, that rolled my CRV, I knew I was going to need some help handling my injuries. I reached out to BACHUS & SCHANKER and didn’t have to worry about a thing after that. Because of them I was able to have all my injuries taken care of financially, and with the settlement have peace of mind about anything that may come up in the future.
