So where do I start in October of 2022 my mom passed in a car accident and I had no idea where to start so I was told about this company and they pointed me into the right direction.The Elite Litigation Group (Kyle and Alyssa and more) took care of so much of my problems that it helped with so much stress because I didn't know what to do. They helped me get a job, also with the life insurance and alot more. On January 3, 2023, I fell on black ice…It was on a sidewalk that was right in front of a garage door in Denver…In the Washington Park area. I thought my claim could be handled under Premise Liability…So I contacted Bachus and Schanker. Their Powerful advertisements that claimed they would take care of me the individual because they care! And when they win, they win big! The commercials are smoke and mirrors claims that falsely lead individuals to believe that their case is important…when really, they don’t even have a case. Bachus and Schanker commercials and advertising infers that the complaint you file will be heard, investigated and followed through…Ethan told me it may take a few days, and to give it time, but that someone from Bachus and Schanker will be following up and getting back with me. I waited and waited. No One from Bachus and Schanker called, emailed or wrote a letter. I sent three emails to the intake individual asking for information, status-anything. I got absolutely no response from anyone. Today is February 2, 2023. I finally called and Ethan said that the attorneys “just now reviewed the case and determined that they couldn’t represent me…” what a bold faced lie. Bachus and Schanker is unprofessional, deceiving, dishonest and unqualified. What they say is extremely different from what they do. I believe their licenses to practice law anywhere should be revoked.

I was hit by a red light runner that totaled my F-150. It took this firm over a year to determine that my case wasn't worth their time to pursue. Over a year that I could have been exploring other options. Beyond unprofessional.

This law firm is a scam do not use them. All the reviews mention communication, well they'll communicate with you untill they get a settlement then you won't hear from them. As long as they get their money.
