Best thing I could have ever done was seek the services here. This firm helped me fight back against an illegal eviction and was very fast and responsive considering the limited time crunch I was on, and caseload they had. Floyd was a sincere non judgemental calming force during such a stressful situation, but made sure this slowpoke (myself) was expeditiously getting the required documents signed and sent. Mrs Jones was very knowledgeable about what needed to happen and when, and she amazed me with how well she prepared the legal documents on such short notice. She was very courteous and even helped me avoid some hefty court filing fees. Overall, they are a godsend in a state where we tenants have less rights than landlords.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband and I were in a situation where we were going to be evicted from our apartment. We were directed to call Colorado Affordable Legal Services. We worked with April Jones, and she worked with the opposing council to come to a agreement in our favor. Her knowledge and reassurance are greatly appreciated.
