Floyd was great! He asked all the questions and sent me a form letter to help me resolve my issue and it worked! I got $1,800 back from a landlord who had taken my whole deposit and wanted me to pay another $400 on top of that. He took time to help me get resolution without going to court, I will be forever grateful.

I have to say, April and Floyd were extremely helpful in giving me all the necessary information I needed to handle a small claims case with a difficult landlord. She was extremely thorough as well as flexible with me with time and patience.
