Where to start with Attorney Gregory Daniels, Well let me start by saying that out of all the attorneys I contacted Daniels was the ONLY one who actually took the time and consideration to listen and actually want to help!!!! Not only was his price super fair but his work was AMAZING! Every other attorney kept telling me I was GOING TO HAVE to present myself in court and that there was a high chance of me doing jail time! Well NOT with Daniels!!!! Not only was my case dismissed but I never had to show up for court, he also had my warrant lifted in a matter of 3 days!!!!! Which was one of the reasons the other Attorneys I contacted told me I was gonna have to appear, not only is he VERY communicative but always there to answer your calls and always kept me updated on every move!!! I can't recommend Greg high enough. He has been brilliant for me through all of the problems that have come my way. He is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He doesn't back down when you're being treated unfairly, but he also doesn't sugarcoat if he thinks things might not go your way. He'll go to bat for you, no question, but he'll keep your head in it and let you know where you stand and the most likely outcome at each possible stage. He's been brilliant and I will always come back to him (though I do hope I won't need his keen lawyering skills again).

Greg Daniels should be your first choice when hiring an attorney for a criminal matter. Recently he helped one of my children with a very serious legal matter and was able to get the charges reduces from a Class-2 misdemeanor to a simple traffic citation. From the first contact to the end of the case, Greg was professional, compassionate, personable, caring and understanding. He gave us clear advice, counsel and described the process and most likely outcome. The case turned out exactly as he described it would. Greg was very quick to answer any questions we had and even responded after hours to help calm our fears. The fees he charged were more than fair and reasonable and having Greg represent my daughter turned out to be the best choice we could have made. Greg is the role model other attorneys should follow. Mr. Berken and his team were tremendously supportive in a time when I was struggling with a very stressful time in my life.
