I met Steve back in 2013 and never imagined that I would need his expertise. He helped us greatly as our situation was pretty involved and extensive and Steve went far beyond what we expected and/even paid for. I saw first hand his concern and compassion in an emotionally charged environment (Legal Lawsuits/Bankruptcy -Business & Personal). We were fighting against Big Money interests (Power Company Shiesters and unsavory lying Landlords.) He was still able to navigate us through uncertain times and evil people & always had our best interest at hand. I fell ill (3 different cancers in 2 years- one was Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma). And was forced into BK due to Medical bills and lack of physical strength. Steve still remains a good friend today. I highly recommend Steve to anyone seeking legal counsel.

I can not speak highly enough of the amazing experience I had with Greg Daniels! My wife and I recently went through our first experience with the legal system, and Mr. Daniels was kind, professional, patient, and attentive. Needing a lawyer can be a scary and stressful time and his unwavering attention to our needs, concerns, and questions was truly above an beyond. This man Mr. Daniels is simply amazing! He truly cares for his clients and their families. And he fights extremely hard for his clients. I would use him over again if I needed an attorney for criminal.

Stephen is a very crooked attorney. My home foreclosed in Oct. 2014. I was going to file bankruptcy. I paid $1000.00 of $1335.00 that I was quoted to do the bankruptcy in Nov. 2014. The date was intentionally left blank on all the paperwork until I could have the additional filing fees paid after my tax return in 2015. In April 2015, I was advised against filing bankruptcy by an agency that helps homeless families find housing. My son and I were homeless for 10 months. I asked Stephen for my money back in April 2015, my calls were ignored for months until Dec. 2015. At this point he only refunded me $500.00 and all my paperwork had been dated for Oct. 2014. I was emailed a fee agreement that he claimed I'd signed at the same time. He is a very dirty attorney and a fraud. Nothing was ever filed or done for my bankruptcy nor did I give creditors their number. I would never recommend or do business with this firm who has so little compassion for people and such low morals as to fill in dates that aren't accurate on paperwork.

Greg Daniels is always prompt in responding to inquiries. Our family has used Greg for several matters. First on a traffic ticket, whcih he handled well, and no one had to go to court (except Greg). Second on a serious charge that was unfounded. Greg handled the 3 day jury trial well, and the not guilty verdict was almost instant! Finally he has handled a domestic matter for another family member. Greg is easy to talk to about your situation. Better yet, he knows the court system well.

I was very impressed with how Greg handeled everything about my case. He was amazing in court. I would reccommend Greg to anybody that needs his representation. He's honest and has a great sense of humor. He will do you right.

Greg was awesome! I had other free consultations before Greg and never regretted my decision one bit. He conducted himself beautifully with integrity and was extremely empathetic and supportive to my needs and concerns. He prepared and handled all aspects of my case and it was virtually hands off for me. He always answered his phone and was more than worth his modest fee. Worst service ever! Was asked to scan and send in papers, I let him know we did not have a scanner and I would drop off the papers to the office when I received them, I went to the office to drop them to the front desk guy, I did not ask to speak with Mr Berken, but later I received an email stating that his office is not a fast food place and I need to make an appointment and there are additional charges for that. To drop off paperwork? Really!!? Among other things Mr Berken is RUDE and wants to charge you every time you open his door. Not good service!

Mr. Daniels exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of the law and demeanor in the court room and overall professionalism and negotiation skills with his peers achieved the desired results in two cases. He is very approachable, respectful, humble, and takes the time to explain the legal process in laymen's terms. If needed, I would hire Mr. Daniels again in a heart beat.

I was charged with a felony and needed an attorney with significant expertise with felonies, as I was literally in jeopardy of losing everything. I have had prior arrests and was in horrible position. I was facing significant jail time and that felony charge would have put me in a position of losing my job. I am a professional and was skeptical of other attorneys because it seemed like they were just after telling me what I wanted to hear just to earn my business. Mr. Daniels took the time to explain to me the pros and cons, answered all my questions, and told me the best and worst case scenarios if I either took it to trial or took a plea. He was extremely knowledgeable and an incredible negotiator. In the end, I did not receive any jail sentence, nor was I convicted of a felony! Words cannot explain how professional Mr. Daniels was in every aspect of my case. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this attorney. Good, understanding, and seasoned lawyers are hard to find, especially at such a great rates. Thank you so much!
