Did a great job over a long period to stick with it and get us money from an accident 3 years back. Insurance was stalling, they got it moving.

Parker Lipman recently represented me as plaintiff in a sensitive case. Throughout the process Dan, Jonathan, and Liz were knowledgeable, responsive, and honest and made me feel I was a valued client. While I hope to not require their services in the future, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

You’ll notice in all the rave reviews, the case is one that will assuredly be settled satisfactorily or won in a courtroom. That’s because those are the only cases they take. Their blurb should say “Dedicated to the needs of those who have easy cases to win big money.” Even though I am permanently mutilated by an unnecessary surgery. I was told by intake person, they are too busy to research the details; that it would take too long for them to get the dates. All it takes to verify the dates is getting my patient records from the doctor and from the hospital. I could do that. I personally think they lost because their intake process is flawed. Only an attorney should be making those decisions not a lay person who doesn’t know what you’re talking about unless it is something like “the doctor left a surgical instrument inside me”. Unless your case is easy and won’t take them much time, go elsewhere.

Review of Jonathan Sar Jonathan Sar intervened with our insurance company to achieve a satisfactory settlement. The damage to our home occurred August 2018. We were able to sign a contract December 2023. Jonathan committed years to this effort, keeping us informed and sharing sound advice while guiding our exhausting case forward. He then held the award owed us for another year plus until we were able to find and sign with a contractor as required by the insurer.
