He made the process clear and simple, respected all my wishes while still fighting for me, and was amazing at communicating and answering my questions at any time. Our experience with Daly & Black was exceptional. Jonathan Sar explained exactly what we would be facing in filing a complaint in federal court for a denied claim by our insurance company for roof damage. The case progressed exactly as Jonathan suggested it probably would. The insurance company did not take us seriously until the case was filed. Once filed, the settlement offer came, we were made whole, receiving what we would have gotten anyway if the claim had been approved. We didn't have to go to trial. Everyone at the firm was great, paralegals, staff, consultants they hired. Highly recommended!

10/10 would recommend. Brian was extremely helpful in settling my case with a favorable outcome. He held my hand throughout the entire 15 month long process and was willing to answer all of my questions and explain legalese whenever needed. He put up with me during one of the most traumatic times of my life and dealt with me gently when I'm sure I was less than pleasant, on occasions. Brian is smart, thorough, and has a great sense of humor to boot. I would recommend Brian wholeheartedly for anyone who needs a personal injury lawyer.
