Monte was amazing. I got charged with my first DUI. It was not looking good for me as I hit a parked car 3 times over the legal limit. I looked into 4 different lawyers and decided to go with Monte after careful consideration. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He promptly responded to all my emails and continued to answer my questions even after my case ended. Monte provided excellent advice, was honest about my options, and respected my decisions. I highly recommend Monte to anyone seeking a lawyer. Following his advice diligently resulted in the best possible outcome for me dropping my DUI to a DWAI, and I believe others can achieve similar success with his help.

The absolute worst $10,000 that could have ever been spent. I don’t know how Casey is even portrayed as a personal and good man. When you can’t ever get through to him to talk about a case. He “worked” on my boyfriend’s case that is very serious and because this is his first time in trouble, we (as his family) are all scared as well as himself. You would think that being a criminal defense lawyer that you would understand that, but unfortunately Casey doesn’t. He never took the time to actually get to know and understand his client as he told us several times he would. He couldn’t even be bothered to show up to the court dates, and the two times he did he barely did anything. One day he just left it to someone else at the firm to handle. He goes back on his word, he is beyond rude and unprofessional. It’s crazy how he thinks it’s okay to scream and cuss and belittle someone who paid $10,000, let alone someone’s mother. He seams to forget that just because he makes a lot of money doesn’t mean that everyone can just pull $10000 out like it’s nothing. Not even really sure what he even did for my boyfriend’s case because it seams like he didn’t bother to do much. All he seams to care about is which case is going to provide him with the most money, claiming to tell a different client that my boyfriends case was a “petty case” and didn’t really matter. He cares nothing for the client, if you can’t afford the ridiculous amount of 4,000 a month then don’t bother trying to hire him because he will make you feel like they will work with you and then will treat your case and client as if they don’t matter. Blows my mind, you would think that as a lawyer you would be doing the job because you actually want to help people. That is NOT the case at this law firm. When was this case going to be important enough for him to care about! He always had something better to do any time that my boyfriend had court or questions about his case. Got mad because he would ask questions about his case or about what something meant , isn’t that what your supposed to do?? As his lawyer he should have been there to help him understand this processes but instead made the extra effort to make his client feel dumb.

First of all, TRUST YOUR GUT! Mine was yelling at me once I actually met Casey, but feeling so overwhelmed with my son's circumstances I pushed those feelings aside. Casey is not an honest man. His ego surpasses him BY FAR. He loves it to be stroked. He kept things from me concerning my son's case. He belittled my son, who I told him from day 1, has mental health issues. As a criminal lawyer, you would think that he would be used to some clients not being so happy with what they are hearing. As a criminal lawyer,you're not always delivering the best news. Casey didn't seem to understand that at all. He complained of my son being rude to him. Not being on cloud 9, I suppose, the few times he did see him. Things were very unorganized. I would get one statement from Casey, and then different statements from the people working around him. We have never been in a case like this, I will not lie, my son is facing several felony charges. He's 19. First time in trouble like his, so everything is....requires a lot of questions. My son having his disability, did not understand a lot of the terms being used and did not understand a lot about his case. Still does not. After being hired in March, giving $10,000 over to him as a retainer, by May we were being asked to give another $10,000. I repeatedly REPEATEDLY communicated that we could not afford their payments of $4,000/month. I was repeatedly told don't worry, we will handle that later....from March to May I had 2 deaths in our family, which required traveling out of state, our lease was up so having to decide what to do for living, wrecked our only vehicle, and our son is in jail....I was open and honest about everything going on with our family dynamics. On May 29, I received a call from Casey. The conversation went south quickly. He was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, yelling and cussing at me, hung up the phone in my face at one point. He referred to my son as a PUNK and an IDIOT. This is supposed to be his client, that I informed him from the beginning, has mental health issues, did not finish school. Long story short, Casey is not what he portrays to be. He's not a man of his word. He likes to use "scare tactics" with his clients, when he should be doing everything he can to help them. Money hungry. Egotistical. Rude. A very unpleasant, unprofessional experience with this guy... I mean unless you have the money, which he stated to me "if I was getting paid I wouldn't care how rude your son was." So it's almost about money with him. The people actually DOING HIS WORK, running the office, are a special treat! Very open, warm hearted and genuine. Too bad they don't have their own firms.

I am so grateful I chose Monte to be my Attorney to handle my case. Prior to acquiring his services I was looking at an additional 5 year suspension on my drivers license and possible jail time. This man took my charge and got it down to a $100.00 fine and no points on my license. I would recommend Monte to anyone and everyone. Thank you Monte for giving me a fresh start in life.
