Amazingly efficient lawyer! Monte has the experience you need to settle favorably or beat the DA. My traffic case was handled with experience and deftness, and managed to help me keep the licence that would have been wiped out over one instance all at once, instead I've got points to spare post-settlement, so I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

In my opinion, YOU could do so much better, I cant understand the reviews saying this guy is good. My Opinion and I was close enough to the situation to know, This guy is not only a bad attorney but he's a bad guy!

Monte was a very personable and likable person. He never made any promises as to what could be done, but he made great recommendations for proactive actions I could take. He was able to get a plea deal with the DA I would have never thought possible. All in all, it was worth every penny to Hire him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Monte recently helped me with a DUI case. Because I refused and had a single car accident (no injuries or property damage outside of my own car), I was worried that I would receive a pretty harsh sentence. However, Monte was able to get it reduced to a DWAI, no jail time and basically the minimums for everything else. Two of the things that I really liked about Monte is that he responded to all my questions/concerns in a timely manner and was very up front/honest throughout the entire process. He also charges a flat fee so you know exactly how much it will cost. Lastly, make sure you follow his advice if he thinks you should do some proactive work. It will 100% help your case and he knows everything that you will eventually have to do as part of your sentence.

Monte did a fantastic job with my case, I thought I was really screwed with this one, but he got my ticket reduced to almost nothing and a tiny fine! 12 pt violation reduced to 2 pt. $1000 fine reduced to $35, and most importantly no jail time! Monte is awesome! I highly recommend!

Not only is Casey an absolutely amazing Attorney, he’s a outstanding person.
