Monte was able to negotiate with the DA to get my speeding charges lowered from a possible jail time + fines to driving too fast for conditions, defensive driving class, and no fine. Monte was very prompt with communication and explained the process in detail. He did not make any promises (which should be a red flag if your lawyer promises an outcome). He was also able to arrange to have the court date via webex instead of the required meet in person. Overall 5 out of 5, def would recommend.
