I'm not sure about this firm anymore but my lawyer was Nicole Ruth, she was kind, patient, and understanding. That being said - it did take over 3 years to win my suit and that's kind of crazy but these things take time. All of my medical bills were taken care of. She did need a lot of information from me, hospitals, doctors, appointments, exact times, but if i didn't know she sought out that information. I even got ticked off because it was taking so long, I was such a jerk but she remained collected.. I have a lot of respect for her, really. Overall, I'm honestly happy with my decision to hire the Sawaya Law Firm, I didn't get much after medical bills and lawyer fees were paid off but I no longer have this debt on my shoulders anymore. Thank you Nicole.

Michael, Rory, Sande and Rob where great! I was rear-ended by a tractor trailer on a hwy off ramp. They helped me find medical professionals in many different fields to aid in my recovery. They absolutely were there for both me and my whole family. All questions were answered and they were always accessible. In the end we settled the case and my family and I are starting to see some normalcy in our day to day lives again and this is priceless! We feel completely blessed that we were able to find such an honest and helpful group of attorneys and para legals to guide us through an incredibly difficult time. Really words can only go so far. Rob and his group did an amazing job for us. They took our case to trial and won way more than the insurance company was offering us before we went to court. He far exceeded what we thought we would get and he did a great job for us in court. We could not have been happier with him and his assistant Rory. They helped us every single step of the way. From the moment the law suit was filed through the depositions and the defense exam that they made us do. They prepared us very well for trial so we knew what to expect and what was going to happen. Rob explained all the different possible things that could happen at trial and he was up front with us regarding all the possible risk that we would face. However, once we won we were able to recover all the money plus more. I would tell anyone go to this law firm and hire them. They are some of the best trial lawyers out there and they will take such great care of you. To them the client is number 1.

Rob, Sande and Rory did an amazing job. We were in a terrible wreck and we lost multiple family members. We were so injured, but they were with us every step of the way. This was a much longer process than I ever expected. Melanie Rittberger (an outstanding Paralegal) did her best to keep me calm during the 16 months waiting for my hearing date. Jason Carpenter my attorney was awesome. He knew what I should expect at the hearing and I only had to answer the Judge's questions honestly. The Sawaya Law Firm got me what I deserved and had worked for the last 44 years. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
