I strongly will discourage anyone to use this firm! My husband was injured in an auto accident and 2.5 years later, having to deal with different case managers should of been a warning sign for the outcome we got. Every time we turned around someone else was requesting information that we had already submitted we had to do it again because that case manager was no longer with company. Seems like the turn around with The Firm is an issue. We should have read the reviews as seeing there are so far and in between "Good Ones". I can only speak from personal experience. My husband was rear ended from behind from a City employee during work hours. As you can already tell The City and County will do what ever they can to prolong any outcome or drag on the process, we were offered a pretty good settlement and was advised not to take it. That Sawaya could get more. Well they got all that was awarded to him. Still leaving me ( his spouse with all the medical bills) since he was instructed to file BK. Sitting in the court room for trial I seen how un organized they were. I was very embarrassed and wished that we picked someone else. 49K later in medical bills which include surgery that this lady already admitted fault to my husband walked away with nothing. And the attorney response was and I quote " Well we all knew that this was a 50/50 chance that it could of gone either way." It takes two months for settlement to disburse which was 25K that he is lucky if he brakes even.." Meaning lucky if we do not owe the firm anything. How fair is that. I hope this review will help someone who is considering to use this firm and really do your research. Winning is not always everything nor is money but this lady has ruined my husband life. Our financial future and we trusted what Rob told us and now that everything is said and done. I am starting to get the garnishments!!! I do not care for the owner to reply to my review but simply attend a Trial and see how unprofessional his partners/paralegals are since they are representing him and his name.

My husband and I were sitting at a red light when a texting driver rear ended us while driving over the speed limit. We both sustained serious brain concussions. Mine was far worse due to my height and the fact I was bending over when we were hit. After attempting to get care through our health provider and insurance company, we realized that we were not be treated adequately for our serious injuries. We went to the Samaya Law firm and were assured by Michael Sawaya that our injuries would be addressed right away. He assigned us to a wonderful attorney in his firm and, Todd Mason. When Todd began our case we were comforted by his compassion and encouragement. He assured us that we would recover with the right care and time. He assured us that he would take care of the insurance companies and made arrangements for our medical care through one of the areas leading Neurology centers. During the course of the case management Todd checked regularly to make sure that we were getting the care we needed and he actually obtained an early withdrawal from the proceeds of our case to help us until the case was in it's final settlement stage. He walked us through the stages of financial recovery from the insurance companies and negotiated a fair settlement for everyone involved. We are so thankful for Todd Mason and Michael Sawaya. They were so professional and encouraging as we endured a difficult time in our lives. My husband and I agree that we had the most capable law firm in Michael Sawaya and our attorney Todd Mason. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with an injury that was caused by someone else and who needs a professional to advocate seeking justice for them.

Unfortunately, as many of you know, something like a car accident or injury can turn your entire world upside down, you simply can't find your footing so to speak. The Sawaya Law Firm is the only firm that has paid such attention to the details of my case that I don't have to think about it. And that is priceless! I am part way through the process of getting my claim defined and settled. So far, Sawaya Law firm has been there providing guidance as I needed from the start. They respond quickly and thoroughly, providing guidance to make sure I am getting the treatment to make sure all my physical consequences are dealt with as best possible. They have helped making an ambiguous process (to the uninitiated) clear.

I love you guys. You didn't give me false hope and empty promises, you gave me your time and attention and provided me with the help I needed when I needed it. Help that I would not have had access to at the time. I'm sure there were times when i didn't seem grateful or appreciative, if so, i apologize because I can't thank you enough for the honesty and care on a personal level that I received. After having over $200k in hospital bills the Sawaya Law Firm was able to help me settle in less than six months. Rick Kroeger was my attorney and was there the entire time through the settlement process. Mr. Sawaya takes the time to personally meet all of his clients and you can feel he cares for each and one of the clients. After a year and a half after my settlement I received a few more hospital bills and Rick took the time to go through every single bill and explained in detail. Would highly recommend The Sawaya Law Firm to anyone who's been hurt in an automobile accident.

When they don't take your case, don't get discouraged! Call other (better) lawyers, and after they take your case, you'll be glad you didn't go with Sawaya. I had an unbelievably great great case and foolishly called Sawaya first (maybe I watch too much TV?) They took all the details and then sent me a letter saying they weren't interested in taking my case. Foolishly, I got very depressed because of this, assuming that the rejection from Sawaya meant I didn't have a good case. Months went by, and I wasn't going to pursue it, but then my hairstylist insisted I call more lawyers and started calling them herself, on my behalf. Good thing she cut my hair that day! A really great law firm told me to come down and bring everything. Turns out I DID have a case, and we won.

I DO NOT recommend Sawaya Law firm, they refused to represent me in a disability case. If your case is an easy money maker they'll take your case. Otherwise if they have to work for it they'll refuse you.

I really appreciate all of the work the Sawaya law firm did for my case. While going through the long process they were always very helpful and answered any questions I had concerning the case. Thank you Sawaya
