The second my family & I signed on with the Sawaya Law Firm after a horrible car accident I felt an immediate release of pressure. No matter WHAT our needs were Sawaya Law Firm was there to help & get us everything we needed. A person would think that such a big time law firm you would just be another number but that is NOT the case with Sawaya Law Firm. From our Paralegal, Attorney to Mr. Mike Sawaya himself we were people who were suffering and had serious legal needs. My family & I met Mike 3 years ago several months after our accident and we spent an hour and a half in Mike's office going over our case. He has a beautiful office with some of the most fantastic quartz rocks I have ever seen with outstanding positive energy. Mr. Sawaya let me pick up & hold the quartz which was wonderful. Whenever there was a snag or I was disappointed about something I would include Mike Sawaya on the emails and he would PERSONALLY get back to me within 30 minutes. I cannot tell you what it felt like to be like to be a part of the family there. Mike had not seen us in a couple of years but when we all returned to the office to FINALLY settle our case he knew our names & remembered our accident. Mr. Wilhite (our attorney) was the most professional, wonderful, fantastic, knowledgable & BEST attorney we could have ever asked for - we will be forever grateful to him. He guided and protected us through the whole process. I also have to tell you how IMPRESSIVE it is to walk into mediation & the Mediator is telling us that we have the BEST attorney that there is in the biz - he has earned his reputation. Rob - thanks again for picking our case to represent - I saw first hand why he is well known amoung his collegues as the BEST!! You all will be in my heart forever. If you find yourself (God forbide) in an accident & in need of legal representation you can NOT go wrong with Sawaya Law Firm. Do yourself a favor & hire the BEST because that is what this law firm is - THE BEST!

Mr. Sawaya is a very emphatic person, the first time I met him I felt like I was going to be represented. Being that this is the first time that I have had to deal with a auto accident I really feel that Mr. Sawaya is working hard to represent me. I am not sure really how the process is suppose to go but I feel like it is headed in the correct direction. When I had a question surrounding my case Mr. Sawaya made time to see me the next day, I was really impressed. So far I have had nothing but good experiences with the firm.

I went in and they treated me with the best customer service ever. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in their office. Mr. Sawaya was beyond the nicest person I have met and also his assistant. You get an actual sign and feeling of relief that your good hands when there.

I was involved and baldly injured in a car accident when a car on the highway next to me lost control. My own insurance company was no help from the day I reported it. I needed to see a doctor and soon. The insurance was telling me to pay my own bills and they would get back to me...?? You see the commercials on TV for many law firms personally I liked Mr. Sawayas' he said he would deal with you directly not stuffy. So I called made an appointment met him and his team. Everything he says on his commercial is true he comes in shakes your hand gives you a big smile and says he will work hard for you. They listened took notes give me the information and resources to go to a team of doctors the next day. It is very frustrating to have to pay insurance and get no help when you need it. The Sawaya team as been wonderful I would highly recommend calling them you will not be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff!!

Our medical office was contacted today by Rory Connor from the Sawaya Law Firm regarding a client that you are representing. I just want to say this guy was extremely unprofessional and rude to myself and to the other two staff members that he talked to in our office. This gentleman should be taught how to deal with people in a professional environment or find a job where he has no customer contact. Do yourself a favor and put this guy in a non-contact position where he does not have to deal with the public!!!!

I currently have them representing my auto accident case, and they are absolutely no help! At first I was being represented by Melissa, she left, and 4 weeks later hadn't received no phone call or email telling me who had my case or what was going on. Finally, talked to Todd. Told me that Donna was representing my case and that she would get in touch with me as soon as possible. 2 weeks later doesn't seem like a good time frame to me, especially when I had to jump through hoops to get a hold of her. Let me know about a couple of things I needed to send in. So I did. After weeks of leaving voice mails to both Todd and Donna but what to do next, and fighting with the extremely rude receptionist I finally had to talk to their supervisor. She helped at first because then both of them called me ASAP. They then told mew they would keep in contact with me. SHOCKER, 3 weeks passed and nothing. Called today to speak to them and that they weren't in. I refuse to leave voice mails to either of them because its a waste and they never call back so I asked to speak to the supervisor and she told me that Donna was in and not to listen to the receptionist that she knows nothing. SERIOUSLY? Well Donna was still not available and ask her to help me. She pretty much said no and to leave a voice mail for Todd and Donna because they always answer within 24hrs and if I don't and say I did, they will pull up the records to know if I'm lieing. WOW what a threat. Either way, HORRIBLE service all the way around.

The Sawaya law firm is a TOTAL waste of time. They have pulled me along for over 4 weeks. They are zero help, can NEVER get in touch with any one but a recording. Dont believe me ask around town. I WISH I WOULD HAVE. This company just plan sucks.

I was looking for help went to their web site and called. I had to leave several voice mails with no return call. So I called again hoping to talk to someone else when the lady told me that they no longer handle collection accounts even though they are listed as such. I asked if she could give a referral she told me that she did not have access to the internet and hung up on me. I don't know what I am doing and was just looking for help.:(

I recently used Sawaya Law Firm to represent me in an auto accident case. Everyone at the office was very kind and had such a great attitude. My attorney was Richard Casey and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He always kept me informed on what was happening with my case. When I had a question and had to leave a message, he always got back to me by the end of the next business day. If I were to ever need representation again, I would absolutely call Sawaya Law Firm and Richard Casey!

This law firm, and lawyer Kristina Vasold, handled my Social Security Disability case. I had already worked with another firm, and lost my first appeal. When I searched for a new attorney to handle another appeal, every law firm turned down my case because it was unusual and difficult to prove due to the lack of proper physicians’documentation in my medical records. Kristina was very honest about the merits of my case and exactly what I should expect from her. She stood by me through denial after denial and never gave up fighting for me. After 3 longs years, I won my case. Being disabled and out of work is extremely stressful, but with Kristina’s help, and the entire firm’s resources, I am now able to stop worrying about paying for most of my medical care, and have a reasonable income from my benefits. She is one of the few people who stood by me when I needed her, even when I was not the most pleasant client to handle. I can’t thank her and the Sawaya Law Firm enough.
