There is a reason David has 57 reviews and a 5.0 star rating. It is well-deserved. David is trustworthy, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, responsive, and competitively priced. The reason we picked David to begin with is because during our initial interviews with several attorneys, David was the only one to suggest that what we were hoping to do regarding an estate matter was not the right/fair/ethical way to approach the issue. In a world where many attorneys seem to be willing to blur ethical lines in order to achieve a desired outcome, David is set apart with his commitment to actual moral standards. We ended up getting the same outcome we desired, but pursued the issue in an ethical and upstanding way, thanks to his advice and commitment to doing what is right. If you are looking for a lawyer to treat people unfairly and blur the lines of ethics in order to get what you want, you should probably look elsewhere. If you are looking for a trustworthy, intelligent, friendly, and ethical attorney, I would absolutely recommend David Urban. Thank you David! You made what could have been a very stressful issue during a very stressful time very simple and worry free.

My wife and I had delayed estate planning for far too long because it seemed like it would be a daunting process. Julia and David made everything very simple, walking us through the process and quickly drafting the various documents needed for our situation. We worked primarily with Julia on the estate planning and she patiently explained how everything worked together and answered our many questions. At the time that we were working on our estate plan, we were also in the middle of a business transaction and David offered to help us out with some document drafting for that without charging anything in addition to the very reasonable estate planning cost. I will absolutely call them again for future legal needs.

2021: Another great experience working with David. David's law firm set up two rental property LLC businesses for me in Denver, Colorado for residential investment real estate I rent out in Aurora, CO. He also stepped me thru setting up EINs for each business. We reviewed proper banking procedures, insurance concerns, liability issues and proper management to make sure all laws and IRS stipulations are satisfied. David Urban Law continues to do great work for me and is the best value in a legal services business that I know of. 2020: David handled my estate plan, family trust and will recently and was sensational to work with, from start to finish! He made it easy for me to ensure all pertinent information was accounted for. He stepped thru every area of the estate plan when it was delivered, to be sure I was clear about what everything meant. He helped me understand the pros and cons of my various options so I could make the best decision for me. And, he made sure I was clear what kind of events would make it important for me to review/update the elements of my estate plan and will. I had put off creating my estate plan and will, believing it was going to be expensive, confusing and cumbersome. As it turned out, it was straightforward, painless and completely reasonable in price. Most importantly, David demonstrated that he had my best interests in mind from the moment we began. David is both a thoroughly competent professional and a nice and comfortable person to work with. Yes, I should have done my estate plan and will a long time ago but, now that I have, I am completely confident that I have a plan that protects me and provides for my kids. Thank you, David.

I was in an accident involving another car for which I received a DUI among other charges. We hired David after a friend referred him. I was expecting to not only lose my license for a year but possibly serve jail time as well. While working with David, I felt not only like he was taking my case as a priority but that he cared about me as a person. In the end, I served no jail time, didn’t lose my license and got minimal penalties on all all charges. It was the best outcome for which I could've possibly gotten. He is an extraordinary attorney and man. I would recommend him to anyone.

David Urban is my go-to estate attorney. He is the first person I recommend my clients to when they need good, solid estate planning. He is thorough and detailed, and truly listens to make sure the client has the type of estate planning that is appropriate for them and important to them. I know that anyone I send his way is in good hands, and I will be going to him when it's time to (finally) get prenups. He does estate planning and business law, and is well-versed in both. And he's hilarious, which takes some of the stress out of these potentially dry (but important) topics!
