Rather than trying to make a sale, he gave me some helpful suggestions and was totally honest about the fact that he felt I would be alright proceeding on my own without hiring him. David was highly recommended to us as a Problem Solver, and indeed he was more like a miracle worker. He gave us such a sense of hope and calm knowing he was in our corner with his expertise, experience and wisdom. He did not sugar coat what we needed to hear, but led us through with his kindness, attentiveness and professionalism . He was always prompt with responses and proactive with our case. We were so happy to hand our worries over to him. My parents were in a car accident in which no one was hurt, but sadly they found themselves being sued by a career “victim” who had “suffered” the same situation three times. It didn’t look hopeful because she was a police officer! Well the case dragged on for 4 1/2 years with the attorney assigned by the insurance company, who was non-communicative, condescending and dismissive. During that time period my father began to decline with Alzheimer’s Disease so was becoming a less and less effective witness in his own defense. David stepped in for us and in just over a month the case was settled. David really cared about us. He is ethical and powerful, and now a friend to this grateful family. We will recommend him to anyone in need of legal help.
