I have known Attorney David Dezen since 1981 and have had occasion to use his service for some minor legal issues. I have always been impressed with his skills and expertise. He has always managed to find the best possible outcome to any situations and often better than I had hoped. On March 20th of last year my wife and I received the call in the middle of the night that all parents dread. Our son had been in an accident with a motorcycle and the other drive had died. Our world came crashing down and we found ourselves desperate for help. David Dezen was our first thought and he answered our call at first light. David told me up front that due to prior commitments he would not be able to take us on but was touched by our desperate situation and relented. Our son was facing a lengthy incarceration with a possible sentence of more than twenty years. Attorney Dezen has always been a very straight forward lawyer and his realistic assessment of our son’s situation did not allow for much encouragement. We bonded our son out the next afternoon. David made time for our son right away and gave him directions on how to begin to prepare himself mentally and physically for his prosecution. He placed our son on a path that actually changed his life on every level. I have seen many lawyers in action over the years but have never seen a lawyer that actually cared on a personal level about someone like David did for our son. It was very difficult for all of us involved to place our complete trust and faith concerning our son’s life in anyone’s hands. We could not be more thankful that we had attorney Dezen. From our very first appearance we watched David take command of the situation. It became obvious from the beginning that Attorney Dezen is very well known and his many years of work in the Denver area have earned him a friendly well respected reputation. His flawless technical ability in the court room is matched by his interpersonal skills. David was masterful in his ability to bring together a sentence in this case that the victim’s family endorsed and that saved our son and gave him back his life. We cannot say enough about what David Dezen did for our son. Our faith in Attorney Dezen, the wisdom of the legal system and a higher power placed our son back on the path to a healthy and productive life and we will be eternally grateful.

Mr. Dezen was able to review my son's criminal record due to a medical illness and had the records sealed. He also helped him obtain his degree and begin his career. We are forever grateful to all the hard work and diligence. Mr. Dezen treated us like family and truly cared about this case.

I've known David for about 3 years and I'm not sure there's a better blend of personality, ethics and an eye for detail. Although I've had a retainer with a lawyer I worked with prior to David, he has produced or reviewed a variety of documents for me including employee handbooks, client rental contracts, service contracts, commercial leases and more. I had him create the articles of incorporation, EIN filing and articles of organization for our most recent business and he did a fantastic job drafting the asset purchase agreement for our pending acquisition.
