My wife and I met with Mr. Viorst and found him to be sincere and experienced with handling similar injuries as mine. His gathering of evidence and witnesses was superb. He kept me well informed and explained every step thoroughly. His paralegal was excellent and efficient. I trusted Mr. Viorst’s judgment and course of action. I’d like to thank David from the bottom of my heart. From the moment my case was brought forward and I was incarcerated he took care of me mentally every which way possible. He fought from absurd high cash bond and got me down to a cash assurity. Instead of a prison sentence he got me a slap on the wrist with probation. Truthfully I thought my life was over and Dave gave me a new beginning.

If you aren't beat to a bloody pulp by police misconduct they will not take your case. I had my driver side window down and car off before the officers came to my vehicle demanding my license and threatening to taze me over a false allegation of failing to signal which this lawyer feels that they had the right to pull me out of the car before I had a chance to give them my license. If you need a civil rights attorney go here when you are either shot and killed by them or beat to a bloody pulp otherwise they will not take their case. Is this the Viorst Law Office or the Worst? You be the judge or just move on. The evidence speaks for itself and I could win this case on my own just by playing the officers footage back to the judge. This review wouldn't be here if this Lawyer didn't allege that I was not cooperating. Lawyers are supposed defend innocent people and prosecute inhumanity. If I didn't remain calm while I was put in handcuffs I would already be dead. FYI, I was only cited with a 2 point failure to signal. Next time you roll a stop sign in Castle Rock expect to be shot or just don't pull over for your own safety.

I would highly recommend David Chambers to anyone in need of a honest, hard-working attorney, who will fight for you. And if I am ever in need of an attorney again, he will be the only one I call. Even if he could not help, I trust he would send me or anyone for that matter in the right direction.

She provided realistic (Both positive and negative feedback) and transparent legal counsel which was very important against the backdrop of the emotional highs and lows of a custody case, that can often blur one's judgement.
