Tony Viorst is an honest, caring, and talented lawyer with considerable experience. I felt confident having him handle my complex case. I was impressed with how hard Tony worked for me: His work is exceptional and thorough. His presentation in the court room is clear and convincing and his writing style is superb. He is easy to contact and returns phone calls and emails promptly. Michelle, the paralegal in his office, is also great to work with and always helpful. Tony represented me well and I recommend him without hesitation.

David Chambers represented me in my case, and although the situation was incredibly stressful, as most all situations where you are in a position to find legal representation and deal with the courts are, he helped make the process as clear and easy for me as possible. David went above and beyond from start to finish while representing me, doing everything possible get me the best outcome and was always there to answer and talk through any questions and concerns I had throughout my case. Even after my trial, he reached out to check in and follow up on how I was doing... like I said ABOVE AND BEYOND! I am incredibly thankful to have had David on my side and help me begin to move on. I cannot say thank you enough for the outstanding work Tony, Michelle, and David did for me on a legal malpractice case against another local attorney for the horrible and unprofessional representation provided in another case. It is not an easy process and the other side with their unlimited resources provided by the deep pockets of a malpractice insurance company made it seem like an uphill battle with no end, but Tony and his team were there guiding me every step of the way as any great attorney and their team should. That unfortunately wasn’t my experience with the previous representation so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Tony and his team. Tony offered sound, professional advice and was realistic in the outcome which I greatly appreciated. The last thing I needed was someone throwing unreasonable outcomes at me and pumping me up with false hope. Our case settled in mediation and every penny recovered was a win after going through such a bad situation and unfortunate circumstances. I’m thankful for Tony and his team and am now able to get a bit of closure so I can move forward and leave this behind.
