My recommendation would be not to use them. My wife has had a case that Nick Fogel has been handling for years. I end up communicating with them because it frustrates her so much. He is extremely slow to answer questions. We don't know what is going on with the case. He won't directly answer questions we ask. I called to complain and find someone to help me and got told I needed to leave him a voicemail and someone from H.R. would go listen to it? I told the lady that answered the phone I didn't understand how that would help. She said she couldn't do anything else.

Burg Simpson made my life easier. June 16th, 2023 we were T-boned by a driver who ran a red light. I suffered a severe break of my left clavicle that required surgery. A few days after the accident I was contacted by the insurance co. I was still on pain medication and these numerous insurance reps kept asking me what I could have done to prevent the accident. At this point, we contacted Burg Simpson. We had a great meeting and they took over the adversarial relationship with the insurance co. Since that time they have kept me posted via e-mails and phone on exactly what was taking place on my case. Everyone at Burg Simpson was so polite and understanding. I feel that the settlement was very fair to me, and I am sure we would not have received it without legal help. While the cash will help rebuild my life ( golf and skiing) the most important aspect of the whole case is we didn't have to deal with the 2 insurance companies that didn't have our best interest in mind. I am an attorney in Denver who specializes in DUI Defense. I needed some information outside of my area of expertise so I called some colleagues. The only law firm who took the time to help me was Burg Simpson. I do not know any of those lawyers either. I told the receptionist my reason for calling and in short order I had a kind and competent attorney on the other end answering my questions. This may seem like a small thing, ut I think it tells you ablot about this law firm.

Stephen Marsh was absolutely stellar! Workmans comp is NEVER easy to deal with , yet he made everything seamless. This firm has incredible communication, and I always felt like they cared. Burg Simpson exceeded my expectations! On February 12th, 2023, I was driving while on duty for a Security company. It was 1:00am when I was going through a green light and was struck by a stolen Kia at 45mph and the driver fled the scene! I was knocked unconscious and had to be extracted from the vehicle. I suffered a broken ankle that now permanently has two plates and six screws. I also suffered lacerations on my head and face which required 26 staples and 16 stitches!
