Kip got a ridiculous reckless driving citation dismissed for me. All I had to do was an online defensive driving course. I felt well represented and in good hand. Yep recommend and will be using him again if the need arises.

I was unfortunately in need of Mr. O'Connor's assistance on a traffic infraction recently with a very short notice. I reached out to his office and left a message and received an immediate response from him. I was pleased with his kind disposition and calm professional demeanor. He was quick to gather all of the information required to present for me in co urt required with traffic citation. He explained to me the entire process in a very thorough and professional manner. I shared with him I did not expect to have points reduced with a take it dismissed followed by him explaining to me in a detailed manner how he thinks the tachycardia could be reduced or thrown out. Again, I needed him on very short notice to appear in court on my behalf which he gladly agreed to represent me on short notice. His results speak for themselves. He had to take it reduced to 0 points which will never show on my writing record which was incredibly helpful for him to do for me. I would highly recommend Mr. O'Connor to help with any of your legal matters based on my experience with him he is a man of his word, he possesses excellent communication skills and provides immediate follow-up. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Kip O'Connor. Not only did he handle my case in the courtroom to the utmost ability, he also got me the best outcome possible. As far as my dealings with Kip on a personal level I truly felt like he was extremely trustworthy and that he always had my best interest in mind. But the thing I found most impressive about Kip was the fact that he wasn't just in it for the money and that he really did lookout for me financially. Kip is always very easy to reach and did a great job helping me through the system and staying on top of all the hearings and paperwork. The system is not set up to help you, but Kip is.

Kip assured me he would take my case over the phone and then wasted my time by having me come to his office only to tell me how I was argumentative just because I didn’t understand the legal system. I should have known as other lawyers in the valley have nothing but bad things to say about him and his extremely poor outcomes. Do not waste your money or trust him to handle your case. He is smug, belittling ego inflated Little man. He truly shocked me with the way he spoke to me and I plan to tell anyone who will listen. Absolutely horrible lawyer whom you should never hire.
