Jim was incredibly thorough, detailed, and relentless in seeking the best possible outcome to my Felony DUI case. I was facing a 2-6 year prison sentence and Jim was able to achieve a most highly unlikely Work Release Misdemeanor Sentence, saving my 35 year Government job and pension. This was an absolute unexpected miracle outcome for me. It doesn’t stop there, Jim separates himself from the field of elite (5 star) attorney’s by offering very affordable services (the best I could find) and to help someone like me who was struggling financially by offering a payment plan. Without this, not only could I not have hired Jim, but probably no other respectable attorney as well.

Typical hot shot. I had 10 questions I wanted to ask him and he wouldn't do it. His #1 concern was who the other attorneys were that I was shopping him against. If you're new to this, unsure of what you're doing, this guy will try to steamroll you because all he cares about is your money. 10 simple questions and he tried to make me feel stupid for asking them, then tried to sell me on having some other guy he knows represent me. 100% grade A stereotype this guy.

To start off I need to say this was one of the best experiences I had with an attorney ever. I met with a good amount of different people before choosing Mr. Stanley. Out of everyone I talked to he was the most professional, sincere and hands down the most educated. He was exceptional with everything down to the smallest detail. I went from a pretty high end felony which is the only one iv ever had in my entire life because I made a mistake and he worked endlessly and tirelessly to achieve a better deal. Mr. Stanley was able to go up the chain of command in the District Attorney's Office directly to the supervisor of the DA assigned to the case. Something that is not normally done. He was able to met with them personally and talk to them to get a better result. He took my Felony and worked it into a deferred sentence with the felony being completely dismissed and me left with a Petty Offense and Disorderly Conduct on my record. With out Mr. Stanley I would be in a very bad situation. He gave me a second chance that I don't think anyone else would have been able to pull off and for this I am so thankful. You have to understand he knows law, he knows how it works and the ins and outs like no one iv ever spoke to. He is one of the finest attorneys I was blessed enough to find. Thank you Jim Stanley. You really are awesome, I have nothing but good things to say and I can't put into words how thankful I am.

Jim was able to really help me out by pointing me in the right direction of everything I needed to do for my case, such as take two different driving courses which genuinely helped me become a better driver and how to be safer on the road. He was able to achieve an exceptional outcome in my son's case. He was able to convince the DA and the judge to give him the absolute minimum sentence allowed by law. With his history of offenses and exceptionally high alcohol level in the current case, this was an uphill battle to accomplish. My son was facing up to one year in the County Jail with no work release. James was able to avoid a harsh sentence by preparing a written argument for the DA and a Sentencing Memorandum for the judge prior to court. The majority of lawyers do not take the time or put in the effort to submit these documents. The judge was impressed with his thorough preparation and stated this on the record during the sentencing hearing. You've already made one mistake, don't make another by not hiring James Stanley.
