Jake and his team were always great and easy to work with they helped me out on a felony case and with there help it got dismissed and currently helping me on a dwai and helped me out tons on it I would recommend them 1000 times over

I hired Mr. Stanley to defend me on an aggravated DUI case. I was going to lose my driver license for a year. Mr. Stanley managed to get my DMV case completely dismissed, saving my license. Then, I was facing another year suspension in my separate court case on the DUI. Again, Mr. Stanley managed to get the charges reduced so I was able to keep my license. I received the lowest possible sentence and I never lost my right to drive. I would recommend attorney James Stanley to anyone facing a criminal charge

My son needed the assistance of Jim Stanley because of a false allegation made by a girl. He was facing Felony charges that would change this family and his life forever. There was just so much to lose, we spoke to several attorney's hiring none of them. Jim Stanley from day one, made me feel comfortable enough to share his story without judgement and giving a real sincere feeling of concern for the life of my son. He ask for exculpatory evidence, that in his experience couldn't be given. He made sure someone was listening to him. Because you see, the states DA is over run with cases. It's easy to get shoved under a rug. NOT, with JIM STANLEY. He never gave up or gave in.. If you are your loved one needs the help of a Professional Legal team to FIGHT for them...LOOK no further. Even if your case looks unbelievably bad. My son failed to appear, jumped bond and left the state. This case was a Domestic violence felony assault case. Even if the original charges were dismissed another felony could have be added because he left the state. JIM STASNLEY and Team is your team!!! They got the case COMPLETELY DISMISSED IN IT'S ENTIRETY !!!! I pray in Jesus name that we never need Jim Stanley for anything else. This was a five year fight for us across three states. Mr. Stanley was able to achieve an exceptional outcome for my daughter’s case. She was charged with a Class 1 Traffic Misdemeanor and in the eyes of the DA the case is aggravated, with an accident and multiple people injured . The DA’s Office initially was not going to reduce the charge from the original charge, Careless Driving with injury, except to just remove the “injury” aspect, which would have reduced the possible jail time, but would still be a Misdemeanor with potential jail time. Mr. Stanley prepared an extensive written argument for the District Attorney to provide a solid basis for them to go against their office policy. On my daughter's court date, Mr. Stanley took control and engaged the Deputy DA handling the case at court so he could explain face to face why my daughter should be given special treatment. It worked. Measured aggression deployed at the right time payed off. My daughter went from a serious traffic misdemeanor with potential jail to a low traffic infraction with no punishment whatsoever, not even a fine. I highly recommend Jim Stanley.
