I thought it was pretty unprofessional when I was called back by someone in the office (paralegal?) to demand my business after telling them I was more comfortable with another attorney. Is it your company's policy to berate potential clients and attempt to bully them into working with your firm? This attitude may have worked decades ago but it shows how out of touch your law office is with the times. Typical ambulance chaser behavior.

I would venture to say that most times these particular situations are not always easy/pleasant, however, I had the least unpleasant experience! I had many difficulties in my life around the time of the accident but Luke and Cheryl addressed my concerns one by one and always had a pep talk even when I was venting about the other issues in my life. I had hired these guys a hand full of years before for the same reason, run over by a car! I had taken a few things in my backpack and set out to Hawaii to get away from the stresses of the city and these beautiful humans were still incredibly tolerable of my time difference.
