Call Frank Azar instead - insurance companies know Mintz won’t go to court and will stall and pay as little as possible UNLESS you follow the Mintz playbook and drive up your medical bills to prove damages. That is their only strategy - use medical bills to prove damages but some conditions cannot be treated medically and are still life altering. My husband was in a roll over accident and is still suffering the ill effects of his concussion but in ways that aren’t significant enough by their standards to go to court. I think a jury would disagree. But that is their formula. The amount my husband was compensated was so meager he could have negotiated it himself and could have kept the whole amount. The car was totaled, the other driver found at fault. In three years he was passed from one lawyer to another (seems like their employee turnover might also be an issue). Bottom line Mintz will happily accept that “low ball offer” and not fight for you. If I could leave zero stars I would. Insurance companies know that Azar WILL GO TO COURT where sympathetic juries will award fair amounts. Don’t make the same mistake we made. * I stand corrected that it was the same attorney but I remembered it was the insurance company (so afraid of Mintz Law Firm) that passed this case around to several insurance adjusters and stalled until the three year statute of limitations was about to expire. This firm makes a great income at accepting lots of clients and lots of low ball offers, in my opinion.

I got hit by a truck that pulled out and crossed into my laine while I was out test riding my motorcycle that I just got done rebuilding. I went to maneuver around the truck to avoid the accident and I would have had no problem doing so but the truck jerked back and smashed me head-on as if that was her intentions. this law firm reached out to me they even came to my neighborhood and met me at the donut joint. They had me sign some paperwork and told me I was in good hands and said I now had their protection. I tried and tried to contact them they failed to communicate professionally they wouldn't return my calls they wouldn't answer my calls and when I finally did get A hold of them they would say they would call me right back and never would it got pretty old and then my attorney withdrew from my case because he said I had communication problems. He said that the lady said the accident was my fault and that I came into her laine. I believe they just scammed me. They filed a claim for me and kept the money that should have replaced my motorcycle and paid for my hospital bills fraud Southern guy needs to loose his license for fraud. They thought that because both our insurance companies were with the same company that they would have no problem screwing me over he told me that he can't help me now that I gave my testimony to the insurance company without talking to him first I'm kinda in loss to a beautiful bike that I completely rebuilt from the ground up that the police took and won't give it back they charged me with no insurance even though the bike was in fact insured.

My experience was amazing, Elizabeth and Mr holly are the best. Answered every question I had, and took the time to explain everything. Responses back to anything we needed within an day or sooner. And they have the best personalities, always cheerful and I never felt like a bother.
