I absolutely loved speaking with Jacqueline. She's empathetic, lighthearted, and just a good human being. Our conversation was devoid of judgment; she made me feel like we'd known each other for years. I'm genuinely looking forward to working with New Leaf Family because of her. Jacqueline is undeniably a great asset to the team.

Vanessa and Meredith were amazing and helped me every step of the way. Not with only the legal piece of my divorce but also being there to listen and support me.

Lynne Milford is a genuinely wonderful human being who truly keeps her clients' interests close at heart, as well as foremost the interests of the families involved. Lynne has a great balance between delivering the hard facts and working supportively and collaboratively through what is surely and always going to be a very personal, individualized, and very painful process no matter the situation. I would highly recommend Lynne and the New Leaf Family group.

Dylan Wolf and Vanda Ireland were very professional working on my case. If I could have gave them a 10 star rating I would.

Bait and switch!!! Spoke with them off and on for several months, waited to hire them until I had an upcoming hearing since nothing was happening for months. I was told multiple times that they'd handle the hearing as part of the monthly fee, even confirmed it right before they sent the fee agreement. Open the fee agreement and come to find out that not only was the hearing not covered but it was $4,500 additional fee for any hearings. They also never disclosed you have to pay a $1,000 fee for a meeting, in which they can decide to not take your case and the fee is non refundable. They specifically state it's an "Admin Fee" which of course bypasses any legal recourse for charging $1000 for a consultation and not taking the case or applying it as a credit if they take the case. I messaged them and text the sales person (Really what she was) and of course I've been ghosted. I set up a follow-up call to discuss why they mislead me and they cancelled it the day of stating the meeting was held at 5AM. This places shtick is being an affordable alternative to having a billable hour attorney. Wanting nearly $9k for one month is not affordable whatsoever so I'm confused what it is they actually do. Seems to me based on reading their fee agreement is they are mentors but any type of legal work is an additional charge. Divorces that require legal representation generally have hearings so the fact that's not included in their fee is ridiculous. They also charge extra for making copies or anything that typically goes on in a divorce. Basically they want people to pay them thousands per month for them to have a few conversations or do what most paralegals will do for you for hundreds. Them ghosting after I read the fee agreement tells me they were banking I wouldn't actually read it and send them $3900 no questions asked. If they are being so dishonest at the start I can't imagine what they'd do once you give them money.

Very grateful for my time working with New Leaf. My lawyer Dylan and paralegal Kimberly were fantastic. Always available to communicate my needs to and had great answers for all of my questions. Highly recommend these guys, they truly cared about a good outcome for my children and I!

I have had many of lawyers and it was relieving that I had an attorney that was so genuine about her work and her clients. Shelly Dill was very empathetic and conscientious when I contacted her for assistance with a cease and desist letter. I felt heard and my letter was drafted carefully and with great detail, I will definitely hire her again in the future if the need arises!
