I have been working with Jeff Althaus to set up a living trust for my children. When I first went to meet with Jeff, I knew absolutely nothing about trusts or what would be the right kind of trust to meet my needs. He asked a lot of questions and we discussed what is important to me. At that point he’s structured the trust and walked me through all the things I needed to consider and include in the trust, including many things that I never would have thought of myself. In the end, I am extremely satisfied and happy with how it is structured and I feel confident that my children will be taken care of regardless of how the future goes.
