My wife and I had sought estate planning assistance for quite some time and on the spur of the moment selected Ms. Kelly after seeing and advertisement in our local newspaper. That decision is without doubt the best spur of the moment election we could ever have made. Ms. Kelly treated us like family, but with utmost respect for our estate plan needs. She is knowledgeable beyond description, but has a wonderful ability to translate legal information into easily understood language for the uninitiated; all while treating more like family than clients. She provided guidance and support for our goals so well, that we engaged her to assist my widowed mother with updates to her estate plan. Our estate plan addresses ALL of our specific requirements; beneficiary deed, legal power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and specific and extensive estate distributions to our elected beneficiaries.
