I recently had a trust and will prepared by Althaus Law. The price was competitive with other firms I had researched. I picked Althaus because of the high reviews from other clients and I was not disappointed. Our meetings were efficient and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I would definitely use Althaus Law for future estate planning.

We recently completed work with Jeff Althaus. We had gotten his name from another professional, but we'd also seen video clips of him on a local news story. He worked with our schedule for setting up meetings, communicated well, explained things in layman's terms. Jeff drafted a plan for us that met our goals and priorities. We're so appreciative of Jeff's work and that of others in the office.

Jeff was absolutely incredible to work with. He was very accommodating with our comfort level and allowed us to meet remotely during COVID as much as possible. He gave very detailed instructions, asked thoughtful questions and gave us sound advice without being pushy. He was great at giving real-world examples to conceptualize the importance and impact of this process, which can feel difficult and confusing at times. I have been working with Jeff Althaus to set up a living trust for my children. When I first went to meet with Jeff, I knew absolutely nothing about trusts or what would be the right kind of trust to meet my needs. He asked a lot of questions and we discussed what is important to me. At that point he’s structured the trust and walked me through all the things I needed to consider and include in the trust, including many things that I never would have thought of myself. In the end, I am extremely satisfied and happy with how it is structured and I feel confident that my children will be taken care of regardless of how the future goes.
