This was my first experience with Jeff. Being a woman and senior citizen, I have experienced less than courteous behavior on the part of some professionals I have dealt with. That was never an issue with Jeff. He is knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He answered my numerous questions and I never felt rushed.
