The attorneys may be great but the intake department is unprofessional. How is the attorney supposed to make an informed decision on my case when I'm cut off explaining my case and she wanted to give the attorneys ¼ of the story and expect them to make a decision based off that. Find another place that your not a number.

I went to Ashleigh for a free one hour consultation. She was extremely helpful answered all my questions and explained to me that though she would be happy to help me, everything I needed done at the time could be handled for me for free, if I simply went to child services. She was willing to share this with me and saved me a few thousand dollars. If I do need a lawyers help in the future I will definitely retain Ashleigh.

Ben is outstanding. My case was redirected to a different attorney on the team and we didn't see eye to eye and I ultimately cancelled our engagement early on, but Ben was sincerely committed to digging into what happened for continuous improvement purposes which tells me how his business is run and he refunded nearly all of my retainer. I'm guessing my unsatisfactory experience is rare. Ben is the consummate professional and that's hard to find these days.
