Volpe Law has been very helpful with creating my NFA Gun Trust. I had talked to a few other lawyers and none of them really knew what I needed until I spoke with Michael and Ben at Volpe Law. They met with me for a consultation to discuss my exact needs and worked diligently to create the perfect Gun Trust for my situation. Anyone needing an NFA Gun Trust should seriously consider Volpe Law. There are cheaper (more generic) options out there but I know this was the best choice for me and my family. Ashleigh Beck was my attorney. She let my ex pay only half of his calculated alimony, let him keep the house, and didn't create orders for our parenting plan or custody agreement. My ex has since had a stroke and now I have no paperwork for his guardians. Ben was fantastic! I had what I hoped to be a small dispute with an HOA who revoked my recreational privileges because I owed money but they couldn't tell me how much I owed. We didn't always have a recreational HOA and in the last several years there have been five companies take over the task. This new HOA actually cared about the property and was intent on collecting past due balances for much needed repairs and upgrades. For over a year they refused to return calls, emails and letters. I just wanted to pay my bill and go to the pool. A six year old bookkeeping error had added thousands to my balance and removed my name leaving my husband as the sole owner so they decided the best course of action was to just ignore me completely. Ben got this settled without having to go to court. The resolution was more than fair. I get nervous in situations that involve lawyers but he was straight forward, honest and really made me feel like my problem mattered. I hope to avoid needing a lawyer again but if I do, he's the guy! Thank you Ben!!

Ben is a great person to have on your side! He is experienced, professional, and straight-forward. He is also reasonably quick to respond to emails and text messages. This was my first time taking any legal action in my life and it was a consumers dispute against a travel company that ripped my family off (thousands of dollars!). I would like to highlight that Ben educated me on how the legal system would see my case and gives straight-forward and fair guidance on how to approach it. Because of our case's stance, supporting evidence, and his experience, we are satisfied with the outcome and got a good portion of our money back.

I had a terrible experience while being represented by Ashleigh Beck in divorce. From my experience, she was unresponsive, hard to get ahold of, inexperienced in that she assumed what the judge would or wouldn't say about certain issues, then acted on those assumptions. She was not a filter to my wife's accusations or her lawyers attacks. She was, in my experience, unprepared for mediation, I had to ask multiple times if she reviewed the information prior to mediation. She was, in short, inexperienced and outmatched when faced with an aggressive opposing lawyer. To my fault, I should have fired her early on and went with a more experienced, empathetic lawyer. This has been my experience and I wanted to share with others as this platform allows.

I reached out to Benjamin regarding a legal matter and he was straightforward and realistic about the advice. They also have multiple fee options at reasonable prices. I will be sure to use their services again if needed.
