I would give Volpe Law more than 5 stars if it were an option. They took my case when many wouldn’t. Mimi was the first person I ever spoke to at the firm. She was prompt, friendly, professional and a joy to work with. David Tscheschke is an exceptional attorney. He not only understands how to navigate the legal system he knows how to strategize for long run. He was very honest and realistic about the outcome of my case and never wavered from his focus on our goal. He listens, gives great advice and fights hard for the best result. I will forever be grateful to Ben Volpe and his team at Volpe Law and highly recommend this firm if you need a great attorney!

All I can say is that I hired them to assist me, but after a few phone calls and an 8 page summary, it cost me $2200 for them to advise me to work with my title company for resolution. ouch.

Was assigned as a PCDM on our case. Inexperienced, unfamiliar with family issues and extremely biased. Both my ex and I wanted her off our case. Aside from her being a danger to my children, she stole my retainer upon her withdraw without valid justification of charges. I have reported her to the state and intend on pursuing legal action against her. Do not hire her! These other negative reviews make sense.

Benjamin with Volpe Law Form was exceptional. Fast response to a contractor issue resulting in drafting a letter to demand performance. Continued follow up with me regarding progress and potential next steps. Highly recommend!

Ashleigh Beck was my attorney. She let my ex pay only half of his calculated alimony, let him keep the house, and didn't create orders for our parenting plan or custody agreement. My ex has since had a stroke and now I have no paperwork for his guardians. I could never reach her during my divorce and then learned she had her wedding and honeymoon while I thought she was working on my case. She said to reach out any time after with questions. When I did, I received another huge bill I didn't expect.

Ben Volpe was a true pleasure to work with! I contacted his firm after a dispute I had over a new build. Ben was fantastic! I had what I hoped to be a small dispute with an HOA who revoked my recreational privileges because I owed money but they couldn't tell me how much I owed. We didn't always have a recreational HOA and in the last several years there have been five companies take over the task. This new HOA actually cared about the property and was intent on collecting past due balances for much needed repairs and upgrades. For over a year they refused to return calls, emails and letters. I just wanted to pay my bill and go to the pool. A six year old bookkeeping error had added thousands to my balance and removed my name leaving my husband as the sole owner so they decided the best course of action was to just ignore me completely. Ben got this settled without having to go to court. The resolution was more than fair. I get nervous in situations that involve lawyers but he was straight forward, honest and really made me feel like my problem mattered. I hope to avoid needing a lawyer again but if I do, he's the guy! Thank you Ben!!

Ben is a great person to have on your side! He is experienced, professional, and straight-forward. He is also reasonably quick to respond to emails and text messages. This was my first time taking any legal action in my life and it was a consumers dispute against a travel company that ripped my family off (thousands of dollars!).
