Eh. I have a lot of debt and lots in collections. Their advice was basically just to pay it. Well why didn’t I think of that? They’ll write letters and dispute your debts, but once they’re all verified there’s really not much for them to do. I had a friend say how thousands of dollars worth of things disappeared from his credit report after using them, come to find out they give people referral bonuses. So if you get x number of people to sign up you’ll get x amount off your bill each month. To be clear they never said they could remove any debt, only that they could write the credit companies and make them verify it, which they promptly did. I don’t think this service was appropriate for someone in my situation, might be for someone else though. Used for 6 months and my score didn’t really change. When you cancel be prepared to pay one extra month afterwards.
