Riverstone Law has been so helpful in getting our credit score drastically increased after going through a rough financial period. Terrible. They are useful for about a month maybe two. After that initial month or two it’s not worth it. My billing cycle ends mid way through the month. They charged me for work they did during my pay cycle for the following month. I wouldn’t not recommend this company at all. Unless you have money to spend on absolutely nothing.

Took care of me for years. Boosted my credit over 100 points without me having to lift a finger.

We worked with this company for 8 months, and the company did raise our credit score some. However, over the 8 months, I am not confident that our credit score would have naturally increased without this company. 2 stars could be a little generous, honestly. This company does not text, email nor offer any sort of communication outside of you calling them to discuss your account. The phone number listed (if you try and speak with reception) takes you to a company not affiliated with them. If you try and follow the prompts, regardless of which prompt you choose or extension you dial, you will be disconnected. Our experience was terrible with reference to communication and it feels borderline scammish. I would not recommend Riverstone Law for credit repair.

We've been working with Riverstone Law these last six months and cannot be happier at the services they've provided. The associates are professional and timely. We would recommend using this company if you are in need of credit repair.

I did not enjoy the fact that I received pushback when I asked if I can discontinue my membership moving forward due to the fact that their company does not provide legal advice regarding My issue. As the consumer I felt like after I expressed the reason why I would like to cancel my membership there should not have been any argument from the representative Natalie.

Good for the first few months. Then lost contact but of course they kept charging me. Canceled account and got zinged with one extra month of cancelation where they continue to provide no value. I'd recommend using them for a few months and immediately canceling.

Natalie Baez has made my entire experience with this organization entirely pleasant and smooth since I started rebuilding my credit with them. With almost no effort on my part I've been able to raise my credit score from a completely abysmal one, to a score that's just on the cusp of getting my first house! She's always been very transparent and willing to help me whenever I have questions and is just an all around great employee. I would highly recommend this service to anyone trying to rebuild their credit.
